GUIDELINES FOR FORM FILLING FOR ADMISSION 2022-23

Note: – 1. Please provide clear passport size black and white photo. Please do not upload selfies

  1. Please provide clear picture of signature (for signature a plain paper and with the black pen put your signature and scan it with the help of your mobile)
  2. * Marks Fields are mandatory to be filled
  3. Please Keep also the necessary documents ready for uploading in JPG/Pdf format
  4. Once the form is confirmed no changes can be done

Step 1

Click on the: – https://enrollonline.co.in/Registration/Apply/JESJC

Step 2

After link is opened, Click on Go To Sign Up

Create your own Username and Password, Enter your Email Id, Mobile Number and then Click on Register.

You will get a SMS regarding successful registration with Username and Password
Use that Username and password and Login

Step 3

Once you Login, Read the instructions carefully and
Select Applying for Junior College then click on Continue to proceed.

Step 4

After Clicking on Continue, it will show up menu option for form filling

Personal Details:
Enter your proper and correct personal data as per SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE, and Click on Save  and Next.

Step 6

Address Details:

Fill the address details and click on Save and Next.

Step 7

Education: (for Under Graduate).

  Fill the details of your SSC Exam & Click on Save & Next.

Step 8

Photo & Signature Details:

Upload Photo and Signature and click on Save and Next.

Step 9

Course Selection:

Select your specific Course and click on Save and Next.

Step 10

Upload Document:

Upload all the required documents adding one by one and click on Save and Next.

Step 11

Subject Details:

Select the Subject or subject group and click on Save and Next.

XI std Examination

Introduction Students of F.Y.J.C. (ARTS, COMMERCE & SCIENCE) have to appear for 4 exams in an academic year

Students of F.Y.J.C. (COMMERCE & SCIENCE) have to appear for 4 exams in an academic year

  • Every student is expected to secure a minimum of 35 % marks in every subject to pass the academic year
  • The final result of the XI standard exams is based on the average marks secured in all the 4 exams.

First Term

  • First Unit Test: 
    25 Marks test
  • First Terminal Exam:
    50 Marks theory exam for all subjects including bifocal subjects.
    50 Marks practical exam for bifocal subjects only.
    (students opting for bifocal will appear for 100 marks terminal exam)

Second Term

  • Second unit test:

        25 Marks test

  • Second terminal exam:

         100 Marks Exam

70 Marks theory exam and 30 marks practical/project (for physics,chemistry and biology).

80 Marks theory exam and 20 marks practical for mathematics and statistics (science & commerce)

  Physical Education       

  • 50 Marks exam in each term.
  • 25 Marks written exam will be conducted during the first and second unit test.
  • 25 Marks practical in each term.
  • The average marks obtained by the student will be converted into grades and displayed on the final marksheet issued to the student for the academic year.

 

Environmental Education

  • Project and essay submission in each term. 

      (Total 50 marks for each term)

  • 30 Marks project and 20 marks essay/journal has to be submitted in each term by every student.
  • The average marks obtained by the student will be added to the total marks scored by the student in the academic year.

 

CRITERIA FOR GRANTING TERMS AND FOR PROMOTION

Students of F.Y.J.C. (Commerce and Science) will not be promoted S.Y.J.C. unless they fulfill the following conditions:

  1. Attend at least 75% of the lectures, practicals and tutorials in each term. If they do not fulfil this requirement, they will not be allowed to attempt the XI final exam.
  2. Get their journals (in whichever subject Practicals are held) certified by the concerned teacher.
  3. Secure a minimum of 35% on the average marks of the 1st & 2nd Term Exams together with the Unit Tests in each subject.
  4. Students who cannot attempt the 1st or 2nd term exams on medical grounds or for genuine reasons which have been accepted by the Principal, will have to appear for the Supplementary Exams.
  5. The date and timings of the Supplementary Exams will be announced on the Junior College Notice Board.

Students of S.Y.J.C. (Commerce and Science) will not be promoted S.Y.J.C. unless they fulfill the following conditions:

  1. Attend at least 75% of the lectures, practicals and tutorials in each term.
  2. Ensure that their journals are (in whichever subject Practicals are held) certified by the concerned teacher.
  3. Submit their EVS projects within the schedule announced by the concerned teacher, or else they will be marked zero.
  4. Make sure that their performance at the two terminal examinations are satisfactorily handled.

Absence for Medical or other Valid Reasons:

  • No student is allowed to remain absent from lectures, practicals, unit test or terminal examinations without the explicit permission of the Principal. If a student is absent without such a permission, disciplinary action will be initiated by the College.
  • Absence from any College Test/ Examination must be justified in writing and in case of illness, by a Medical Certificate. These letters and Medical Certificates, accompanied by a covering letter from the Parent/ Guardian of the student, must be submitted to the Principal by the last day of the Examination/ Test. Letters and Certificates to explain absence from Examinations/ Tests must be submitted separately from those intended to explain absence from lectures/ practicals.
